Zucchini Lasagna

– 500g extra lean ground beef
– 500g ground turkey
– 1 jar Classico pasta sauce
– 1/2 white onion
– 2 cans of sliced mushrooms or fresh
– 3 zucchini’s
– Whole wheat lasagna foods
– 1.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 500g low fat cottage cheese

Taco Salad Ingredients
– Spring Mix
– Ex lean ground beef
– Tomato
– Beans
– Red onion
– Cheddar cheese
– Plain Greek yogurt
– Salsa
