Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli 3( chopped )
Chana dal 1tbsp
Peanuts 1tbsp
Salt add to taste
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted makhana 85 gm

2 Jaljeera makhana

Oil 2 tsp
Dry coriander leaf powder 1tsp
Mint powder 1tsp
Salt
Chaat masala 1tsp
Roasted makhana 80gm

3. Khatta Meetha Makhana

Butter 2 tsp
Sugar powder 2tbsp
Salt
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1tbsp
