INGREDIENTS:
Potato-1/2 piece(cut into small pieces)
Carrot-1/2 piece(same as potato)
Garlic-1clove
Cumin-1 pinch
Salt -required(use less compared to adults)
Jeerakashala rice-2 tablespoons(rice used to make ghee rice)
Water-1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
Add in all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and let it cook for 5 vissils.Aftr letting the pressure cooldown,open and mash the vegetables without having any lumps.Easy and healthy babyfood recipe is ready to serve.Make sure to a teaspoon of ghee also.
