Sharing Healthy Picnic lunch prep for a fun filled day out in Nature. We’re heading to a small Moravian Settlement from 1756!

Here is what I took for my THREE KIDS and MYSELF:
PB & J and/or PB & NUTELLA SANDWICHES on whole grain bread (kids)
GRANOLA BARS
TRAIL MIX
FRESH FRUITS including Bananas, Mandarins, Apples and Mango
FRESH VEGETABLES including carrot and pepper sticks plus hummus for a dip
Vegan Club Sandwich on whole grain bread – Vegan sliced cheese, Vegan “meat” and fresh salad leaves, pesto and vegan mayonnaise (for myself)
SALAD – each diced cucumber, avocado, tomatoes, green olives and sun dried
A BERRY SMOOTHIE for on the way
