This salad tastes delicious! My kids love it too!!!! It’s quick and easy to make! I used the albacore tuna packets! Teach your hubby & kids to do this when they are hungry! The ingredients are spinach (use any kids of greens you like) onion, tomatoes, tuna, 1 small package of 2% cottage cheese, a little bit of avocado, 1 Tbls of goat cheese (or use feta or parmesan), olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano or Italian seasoning! Great to make ahead of time and take to work or on the go! Shake it up or mix it up right before you eat it! Enjoy with lots of nutrition!
