Basically if you want to reduce cholesterol it is important to eat high fiber foods, as we know high fiber foods helps to reduce LDL cholesterol, as well as try to avoid as much as possible high cholesterol food, it is not recommended to eat high cholesterol food if your cholesterol level especially LDL level is high , do some exercise and eat low carbohydrates food, and keep watch on your calories consumption, if you eat more high calories foods and you are not doing that much exercise to burn extra calories, so extra calories deposit in your fatty cell, and triglycerides level will increase, so to reduce triglycerides keep watch on calories.
