Easy Japanese- Style Egg Sandwich : : Creamy and Delicious – Ready in 2 Minutes
Hi friends,
Today we will make Japanese style egg sandwich. It is a very easy recipe. It uses boiled eggs, but you can use fried eggs or omelettes for this too. We make a creamy egg filling and layer it between buttered bread slices. It is a fantastic breakfast or snack recipe, and great for bachelors or hostel students. You an also make it ahead and refrigerate it. It is a basic recipe, and you can alter it and add variations as per your liking.
Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs
1 to 1.5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Dried mango powder or chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 Tbsp fresh coriander or Parsley leaves, finely chopped
Butter and bread slices
Serve cold, and enjoy.
This recipe makes about 2 to 3 sandwiches.
