My homemade, delicious and nutritious Asian Chicken Salad + Sesame Vinaigrette recipe is a favorite amongst family and friends!

Ingredients
Salad:
3 skinless chicken thigh filets or 8oz
1 tsp avocado oil
⅛ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
Chopped Romaine 8 oz
Slivered almonds
Julienne Green onions ⅓ cup
Sesame seed
Julienne Red cabbage 2 oz
Avocado ½ of large avocado
Julienne Carrots 2 oz

Dressing:
½ teaspoon Sesame seed oil
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
¾ teaspoon Liquid aminos
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
⅛ teaspoon Salt to taste

Steps:
1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
2. Grill chicken thighs over direct medium heat for about 10 minutes. Turn and cook until almost done, another 5-10 minutes, depending on size chicken filet. Set aside chicken when it’s done.
3. Add sesame seed oil, apple cider vinegar, liquid aminos, black pepper and salt to a bowl and whisk dressing all together.
4. Add Romaine, cabbage, carrots, green onions to a bowl, and chicken. Pour dressing on salad and toss.
