My favorite way of brewing black tea is by adding mint leaves, grated ginger, and jaggery to the water along with the tea bags. If you have loose tea leaves you can add that also. Jaggery or Plam sugar is a healthy alternative to white sugar. You can brew the tea well in advance, warm it up and enjoy.
