#Ingredients: Yoghurt, garlic, purslane
1-Peel and grate garlics
2-Mix them with yoghurt
3-Place the pre-washed purslane into the plate
4-Cover it with yoghurt mixture
5-Sprinkle chilli and salt on the top of it (optional)
6-And ready for service!
