I have arranged it slightly but here is Nigella Lawson’s recipe for a scumptious hot sandwich!
– brie cheese (a LOT! 😉
– parma cheese
– pain de campagne or rye bread
– fresh figs or dried pomodoro as I used this time
– butter to grill the sandwich in the fry pan!
