INGREDIENTS

1 and 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4th Cup Sooji/Semolina/Rava
1/2 Cup Sour Curd/Dahi
2 Tbsp Ghee
Water as Required
1/4th Cup Baking soda
Salt as per taste

FOR ALOO MASALA
4 Medium sized boiled potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp hing
1 small roughly chopped onions
1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
7-8 curry leaves
2-3 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp Haldi
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
