In today’s episode of Making the Cut, I show the basics of meal prepping while making healthy, calorie friendly Sloppy Joes. Meal prepping is a great way to help sustain your diet and when you can meal prep with sloppy joes, it makes it so much easier. This meal is just over 500 calories with a plethora of flavor, nutrients, and protein.

I will be continuing to do meal prep ideas because I know that dieting is the hardest part of all of this and there are so many low calorie meals we can make that taste great and you will have a repertoire of meals in your arsenal to have a diverse amount of options.
