Banana Bread Recipe:

*2,5 cups of whole grain flour 
*6 ripe bananas (mashed)
*1 serving PERFORM (banana/cinnamon)
*1 flax egg (mix 3 spoons of flaxseeds with water and let soak)
*1 tsp baking soda
*1 tsp baking powder
*1 tablespoon cinnamon

METHOD:
1. Make your flax “egg”. Combine 3 spoons of flax with approximately 9 tablespoons of water and let soak for at least 15mins. Set aside.
2. Mash bananas.
3. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. 
4. After the flax are done soaking, combine with mashed bananas and mix well.
5. Mix the mashed banana&flax with dry ingredients. Mix well.
6. Transfer to a baking pan.
7. Optional: cut a banana on top and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
