I got requests asking for this recipe, so here it is!! This recipe is seriously so good! It’s healthy but still tastes like poppyseed bread that I always used to eat as a kid.

RECIPE:
-1 Cup Oat Flour
-2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
-3/4-1 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (any plant- based milk works)
-1 tsp vanilla extract (add more if not using vanilla plant milk)
-2 Tbsp agave/maple syrup
-Juice of half a large lemon (add more for more lemon flavor)
-2-3 Tsp poppyseeds

Let sit for 5-10 minutes. On non-stick pan, on medium heat, pour batter on (whatever size you desire). Let cook for about a minute or until edges look a little dry and a little darker in color. Flip and let cook for an additional 30 seconds before removing from pan.
(First pancakes will be a little harder to flip and won’t look as pretty. Happens to me every single time. Don’t stress)
Pair with maple syrup, lime yogurt, or whatever you desire! Enjoy!
