Ingredients
Makhana/ Lotus seed – 2 cups
Jaggery – 2 tbsp
Ghee. – 1/2 tbsp
Method
1. Dry Roast Makhana till it turns crispy.
2. Remove it from the pan.
3 .Add ghee to the pan.
4. Add jaggery when the ghee gets hot .
5. Stir it till jaggery melts completely.
6. Switch off the flame and add the roasted Makhana and stir it till it gets completely coated with jaggery
7 . Separate it when it is cooled and serve with hot tea or coffee.
