There’s nothing like a grilled kebab on a summer night. And why not, they’re healthy and easy to make! This version uses lean beef sirloin, onions, tomatoes and avocado. Here’s a secret. You can put lots of different veggies on your kebabs. Try mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, pineapple or even peaches.
