Here the method of Penne Pasta Sweet Porridge or Pasta Kheer is given
Ingredients
Penne Pasta 60 gms
7 Spoons of Sugar
25 gms of Raisins
25 gms of Cashew nuts
300 ml of milk
200 ml of water
50 gms of Ghee or Clarified butter
4 Pods of Cardamom
Preparation
Heat the pan and pour in 25 gms of Clarified butter . Put in half the raisins, cardamom and cashew nuts and saute till the raisins swell up. Pour in the water and mix all the ingredients. Let the water boil for 4 minutes. Then add the Penne Pasta and let it cook for a further 6 minutes. Add 300 ml of milk and mix thoroughly and let the mixture cook for 7 minutes. In another small pan heat 25 gms of clarified butter and put in the rest of the raisins,cardamoms and cashew and saute till the raisins swell up. Put these over the cooking Penne Pasta Porridge as garnish and take off the flame and serve.
