Back To School Healthy Lunch Recipes Also Perfect For Work
Acocado Chicken Salad Sandwich
Ingredients:
– 1 chicken breast
– garlic salt to taste
– red onion
– half an avocado
– 1/2 lemon
– 2T plain greek yogurt
– toasted pumpernickel bread
– romaine lettuce
– optional balsamic glaze

Coconut Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
– 1/4C cabbage slaw
– 2T vinegar of your choice
– 1 baby cucumber
– garlic salt to taste
– 1 chicken breast
– 2T coconut and peanut dip
– coconut wraps
– chili paste

Chicken Olive Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
– 2 chicken breast
– 1C chicken stock
– 2t cumin
– garlic salt to taste
– white pepper to taste
– 1/2C crushed tomato
– 1/4C spanish sliced olives
– 1T black beans
– 1/2 avocado
– lime
– cilantro for garnish
*Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-3 hrs

Spicy Noodle Veggie Bowl
Ingredients:
– veggies of your choice
– 1t minced garlic
– coconut amino or soy sauce
– chilli paste to taste
– Sriracha to taste
– 3T rice vinegar or any on hand
