This salad made from chana sprouts, moong sprouts and paneer is specially good for people who does not have much time for cooking or who wants to loose weight. An excellent recipe for the summers.

Ingredients :
Sprouted black gram : 1 cup
(ankurit chana)
Sprouted whole green lentil : 1 cup
(ankurit sabut moong)
Cottage cheese : 75 gm
(Paneer)
Chopped green chilli : 1-2
(barik kati hari mirch)
Black salt : to taste
(kala namak)
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
(jeera powder)
Black pepper powder : 1 tsp
(Kali mirch powder)
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
1/2 🍋 juice
( aadha nimbu ka Ras)
