In this video, I’m sharing 3 healthy bedtime drinks. These are super healthy and will only benefit if you feel like having something before bed. These recipes are also super easy to make.
So…..TRY ‘EM OUT AND LEMME KNOW!

GOLDEN MILK:
1 cup- milk of your choice
1 tsp turmeric
2-3 cardamom pods
pinch of black pepper
2-3 threads of saffron
1 small piece of jaggery
1/2 tbsp fennel seeds

HAZELNUT HOT CHOCOLATE:
1 cup- almond milk or any other milk of your choice
3-5 hazelnuts
1-2 tbsp coconut sugar/brown sugar
1/2 tbsp chocolate powder
1-1.5 pieces of dark chocolate

MACA LATTE:
1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
2 pitted dates
1 tsp maca
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea salt
