EGG RECIPES FOR THE WEEK
We usually associate eggs with breakfast, but in today’s video I’m sharing with you 7 recipes you can make for lunch and dinner as well. Eggs are a very good source of protein and rich in vitamins and minerals.

🥑Avocado Deviled Eggs:
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup coriander
Lime juice
Salt & pepper
Serrano pepper
🥪Pita Egg:
Pita bread
Hummus
Cucumber
Tomato
Boiled egg
Olive oil
Spinach
🥗Tuna Egg Salad:
1 can of tuna
2 boiled eggs
1/4 cup of red onion
Celery
1/2 avocado
Lime juice
1 tbs olive oil
Salt & pepper
Serrano pepper
🥔Potato Egg Salad:
2 potatoes mashed
1/2 avocado
Lime juice
Salt & pepper
Arugula
2 sunny side up eggs
🍝Pasta Salad
2 cups macaroni pasta
2 boiled eggs
Salt & pepper
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs mayo
1/4 white onion
1/4 black olives
1/4 green onion
Dash of paprika
🍚Cauliflower Fried Rice:
Olive oil and garlic
1/4 cup green onion
1 can green peas and carrots
1 head of cauliflower
2 scrambled eggs
Coriander
Soy sauce
Ginger powder
Rice vinegar
🍅Shaksuhka:
2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic
1 bell pepper
1 cup onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 Cup Water
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Red pepper flakes
Salt & pepper
2 cups of spinach
