To make idli batter:-
1 cup urad dal/black gram split dal
2 cups idli rice/any rice
1 tbsp methi Dana/fenugreek seeds
Soak for at least 8 hour
Blend it and keep to ferment for 10 hours
Smooth and tasty Idli Batter will be ready👍
For idli chutney:-
1cup of fresh coconut +green chillies+coriander+salt
Blend it with little water and make a thick paste,
Take 2 tsp oil in a tadka pan and put 1tsp of mustard seeds +curry leaves, then put the chutney mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Yummy idli chutney is ready👍
