Roasted Portabella mushrooms sliced into strips(the seasoning i used on the mushrooms was JD’s bacon salt ,pepper, pinch of chill powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ground fennel-all to your taste)!
Roasted red bell pepper strips
4 slices American cheese
Fresh spinach leaves
optional: you can use any fried breakfast meat too if you like instead of mushrooms, like sausage or bacon or ham.
