All you need is a food processor, some dates, some nuts, and some cocoa (or cacao) powder.

This article explains that, while both cocoa and cacao will give your foods a chocolatey taste, cAcao is higher in antioxidants and has one of the highest magnesium contents of any foods….so if you are interested in increasing your micronutrient intake (who isn’t these days, eh?)…start choosing Cacao powder over Cocoa powder.
