Today I bring for you another easy & healthy recipe
That is One Bowl Chocolate Banana Bread
let’s start
Ingredients:
4 Bananas,
½ cup Melted Butter,
1 Egg,
½ cup Brown Sugar, can use white sugar as well,
1 tsp Baking Soda,
1~2 pinch Salt,
1 tsp Vanilla Essence,
1½ cup Flour,
½ cup Chocolate Chips.
Method:
– Add 4 bananas in a bowl & mash them.
– Now add ½ cup Melted Butter, 1 Egg, ½ cup Brown Sugar, can use white sugar as well, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1~2 pinch Salt, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence & 1½ cup Flour.
– Now mix all these ingredients.
– Add ½ cup Chocolate Chips & mix them.
– Transfer it to the baking pan, greased with oil.
– Garnish it with some chocolate chips.
– tab it twice or more.
– Bake it in a big pan on stove at medium to low flame for 45 minutes.
– Our banana bread is ready.
