Ingredients of Egg Bread Toast :
for 1st method-
– 1 egg (for 2 bread slice)
– 4 bread slice
– 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
– 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
– salt
– 2 tbs oil
for 2nd method-
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– salt
– 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
– 1/4 cup tomato (finely chopped)
– 1/4 cup capsicum (finely chopped)
– 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
– coriander leaves
– 4 bread slice
– 1 tbs oil
1st method-
– In a cup take egg, salt, onion & green chillies. Beat well & keep aside.
– Heat oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture & spread all over the pan. Put 2 bread slice & press gently. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Now cut from the centre so that you can flip easiy. Apply some oil on the bread & flip it. Cook the other side for 1 minute on medium flame.
– Take out & your Egg Bread Toast is ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
2nd method-
– In a bowl take eggs, salt, black pepper powder, onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli & coriander leaves. Mix everything well & make a mixture. Take a bread slice & dip into the mixture.
– Heat oil in a pan & place the dipped bread slice into the pan. Pour some mixture over the bread. Do same for another bread slice. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame. Flip it & cook the other side for 1 minute on medium flame.
– Take out & your Egg Bread Toast is ready to serve. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or a cup of tea.
