Today I cooked my favorite homemade chicken and potato soup! This meal is healthy and delicious. These kind of meals are the reason why I lost 173 pounds. Nutrition is the key to weight loss! Being able to prepare your own meals is key to keeping the weight off. The reason I made Mookie’s Healthy Meals was because I used to struggle with finding healthy meals, and now I realized how many recipes I have! I hope these meals help and everyone uses them!
