To Soak:
Horse gram 1/4 cup
Red rice or white rice 1/4cup
Toor dal 1/4cup
Moong dal 1/4 cup
Channa dal 1/4 cup

Soak over night or 4 – 5 hours

To grind batter:
Add Soaked pulses in a mixer jar
Add dry chilliesc 4 to 5
1 tspn cumin seeds
1/2 tspn pepper corns
1/2 tspn fennel seeds
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn of hing powder
A piece of ginger
Himalayan pink rock salt as required
A hand full of curry leaves

In the coarsely ground batter add chopped coconut pieces, moringa leaves substitutes coriander leaves, small onions 10 shallots finely chopped.
Mix everything well.

Heat a dosa pan, prepare tasty healthy adai dosa,Add coconut oil while making dosa.
