=Steam Fish ..
chop garlic,ginger,blackbeans,chilli,steam for 15minutes..top with chop parsley and spring onion,,pour seafoods soy sauce and hot oil on top..

=Hairy Gourd with Sotanghon and dried shrimp
garlic,ginger,hairy gourd,dried shrimp,sotanghon..seasonings,chicken knorr cubes,salt and sugar..

=Pork Chop in Pepper Salt..
slice pork chops(I used frozen)
marinated salt,soy sauce,black pepper, white pepper powder, cooking wine,sesame oil..
coated in flour and cornstarch..
seasonings,,pepper salt,,black pepper,white pepper powder, five spice powder,garnish with chop parsley and spring onion…
