One of the main benefits of the ketogenic diet is that you can eat a ton of tasty food, such as this amazing keto pizza.

We have experimented over and over to come up with the best recipe for a delicious low carb pizza crust, and we really think this recipe is the most accurate version of out there.

What we love with this recipe is that the dough is not based on mozzarella cheese, but instead we use almond flour which saves a lot on the calories but also makes the taste and texture more like a real pizza, while also being low carb and gluten free! 👏

This is how to make the best keto pizza:

INGREDIENTS:
1 ¾ cup (200g) Almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
½ tsp guar gum
½ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2/3 cup (1,5 dl) mozzarella cheese
red onion
mushrooms
pepperoni
feferoni
fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Set the oven to 425°F/220°C
2. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
3. Add coconut oil and eggs and blend together to form a dough. Don’t be afraid to use your hands!
4. Form the dough into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Cover with another baking sheet and roll it out to create a thin pizza crust, then roll up the edges slightly with your fingers.
5. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
6. Take out the crust and add the tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, mushrooms, pepperoni and feferoni, or whatever type of toppings you prefer.
7. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and the crust becomes golden, about 8-10 min.
8. Top with some fresh basil, then slice and serve!
