It can look a little bit messy at first look but CREAMY CHOCOLATE DREAM CAKE tastes like a dream literally. Everybody loves it.
CREAMY CHOCOLATE DREAM CAKE
Ingredients
For the cake
– 4 large eggs
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1 cup flour
– 3 TS cacao powder
– 1 package baking powder
– 3 TS milk
– 1 + 1/2 cup milk (after we bake the cake)
Cream frosting
You can use regular whipping cream but I made a mix
– Liquid whipping cream 250 ml
– Double cream 250 ml
– 2 package whipping cream stabilizer
I didn’t add sugar, but if you are a more sweet tooth you can add powdered sugar
Chocolate sauce
– Heavy cream 250 gr
– 150 gr bitter chocolate
