Hi! In this video I will be sharing a very flavorful grilled paneer and vegetable sandwich recipe. In this recipe I grilled paneer as well as vegetables for beautiful char which gives it a lot of flavor.
Its very filling and wholesale. You can have it for breakfast , evening snack, or pack it up in yours or your kids lunchbox.

Makes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients:

Bread – 8- 10 slices.
Paneer – 200 gms
Onion – 1 cut in round slices.
Tomato – 1 cut in round slices.
Capsicum – – 1 cut in round slices.
Carrots – 1 cut in slices.
Cheese spread – 2 tsp per sandwich
Oil for grilling.

To season vegetables:
Kali mirch (black pepper) powder – ¼ tsp
Salt

For Marinating Paneer :
Turmeric- ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Red chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Kali mirch (black pepper) powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1-2 tsp

Directions.
Marinate the paneer with Turmeric, Red chilli powder, Red chilli sauce ,Kali mirch (black pepper) powder, Salt to taste, Oil.
Set aside for 5 minutes.
Slice onions ,carrots ,tomato, capsicum and season with salt and pepper.

Grill vegetables and paneer on a pan for 1½ mins on each side.
Toast bread and apply cheese spread .
Place grilled vegetables and paneer on top of the bread and assemble the sandwich.
