Milk Oats Recipe
@kitchen4bachelor brings you Quick & Easy ..Healthy Breakfast Recipe made out of Oats.
Ingredients :
1/2 L Fresh Milk
1 cup Whole Oats (One cup is 150 ml.)
2-3 Tea spoon Honey or to taste
Dried fruit (optional)
4-5 Almonds chopped
3-4 Cashews chopped
4-5 Pistachio Chopped
8-10 Raisins
Cooking Process:
… Put milk into a pan and cook it on high flame until it comes to a boil .
…Add Whole Oats into it and cook it on medium flame.
… keep stirring continuously so that it doesn’t stick to the base of pan .
… Slowly the mixture will start to thicken.
…After 10-15 mins Oats will become soft and tender.
… Now add Chopped dried fruit into it and mix well for one mins.
… Switched Off the flame
… Dish it out and garnish with chopped nuts.
…Add honey for sweet taste (Honey is a healthy option for sweetness)
…Milk Oats is Ready to Serve .
