Ingredients:
1 Medium Sized Onion (170-200g)
1 Large Carrot (130-150g)
3 Cloves of Garlic – 1 1/2 tsp.
Vegetable Oil – 1 tbsp.
3 Shoots of Celery (120-150g)
Roast Beef- (150-200g)
Cabbage- 300g
Rice- 1 1/2 Cups
Hot Water – 3 Cups
Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp.
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp.
Basil – 1 tbsp.
Black Pepper- 1/4 tsp.

If you don’t add the meat then you’ll have a fasting dinner.

After it boils cook on the heat just below medium. It takes me about 15 minutes to cook. Your cooking time might be different, it all depends on the quality and type of rice.
