🥜 almond butter
– 1 cup of almonds(roast them in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes)
– a splash of almond milk(or any other milk)
– salt and sugar(i used stevia)

🍇🍞 blueberry oat loaf
– 2 cups oat flour
– 100gr blueberry low fat yoghurt
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp baking soda
– sugar/stevia
– 225ml unsweetened almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
