monday: banana muffins
recipe from:
-2 large ripe bananas
-2 eggs
-1 cup nut butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt

tuesday: pb chocolate smoothie
-2ish frozen bananas
-1 big spoon of cacao powder
-1 big spoon of nut butter
-almond milk to consistency
topped with chia, flax, and hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a crushed rice cake

wednesday: scrambled veggie tacos
-2 eggs
-handful of spinach
-mixed veggies (can sub potatoes or any other veggies)
-avocado
-corn tortillas
*can sub for tofu scrambled if vegan!

thursday: sourdough
-savory toast: avocado, tomato, salt, pepper
(can add eggs/tofu scramble on top)
-sweet: nut butter, banana, cinnamon, hemp seeds

friday: oatmeal
-3/4 cup oats
-chia and flax seeds
-cinnamon
-banana
-frozen blueberries
-pumpkin seeds
-nut butter

saturday: pancakes
recipe from:
-1 cup flour
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 cup almond milk
-2 tbsp oil (i used olive)
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract

sunday: brunch bowl
-spinach
-scrambled eggs (can sub tofu scramble)
-roasted potatoes
-toast with vegan butter
-avocado
