Simple, Healthy Lunch Recipe!!

Ingredients:
• canola oil
• salt and pepper to taste
• garlic
• sweet onions
• broccoli
• salmon
• rice

I put a lot more oil than recommended because I use a stainless steel pan, which is a kind of pan that food sticks really easily to because it’s so porous. If you’re using a non-stick pan, use just a few drops of oil or however much to your liking!
