Vegan Stuffed peppers

Cook 1 cup of uncle bens brown rice. chop up field roast apple sage sausage and brown in pan. next add in some onions and mushrooms. cook down. Add in 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp fresh chopped sage. Next add in 1 tsp fresh minced garlic and 1/2 cup chopped apple. I used granny smith. Let apples cook down add in 1 can rinsed and drained red beans and rice. Then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cut tops off peppers and stuff with mixture bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Portablella mushroom steaks

Chop stems off mushrooms. Then season with salt & pepper.
Add some flour to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Dip mushrooms in flour and let cook on skillet with a little oil. until golden brown on each side.
