This fast recipe is for easy making healthy and tasty omelette muffins for weight loss! However, keep in mind that you will have to keep in check the calories that you take to stay fit and lean.
Necessary ingredients:
30 gr. green pepper
30 gr. red pepper
30 gr. onion /or less/
30 gr. carrots
5 eggs
50 gr. yellow cheese
plant oil to pre-oil the muffin cups
Cut into small bits the green and red peppers, the onion and the carrots. Stir 5 eggs in a bowl. Pour the eggs into pre-oiled muffin cups. Put all ingredients in the muffin cups. Cover them with yellow cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minute on 170 C / 338 F. You can serve them warm or cool. You decide!
