Hello Banters and welcome to my vlog series!

I am so excited to share my weight loss journey with you guys. My goal with this vlog is to share a real life, no frills banting experience with you and also so that you can see for yourself whether it actually works or not. I am also trying to keep myself accountable because I am so full of excuses it is unreal. Most importantly, I want to inspire you guys to reach your weight loss goals.

Although the vlog series is just 30 days, banting is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. I will be taking you guys along with me over the next few days so that you can experience just some portion of this weight loss journey with me.

I will be sharing what I ate for the day, my mood as well as any side effects as I transition from my high carb lifestyle to the LCHF (low carb high fat) way of life.
