THIS WEEK’S MEALS:
– Mongolian Chicken
– BELT Sandwiches
– Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Soup
– Air Fryer French Toast Sticks
(with scrambled eggs & hash browns!)
Naan Bread (Makes 8)👇🏻
– 2 1/2 C. flour
– 1 tsp. baking powder
– 2/3 tsp. sugar
– 1 tsp. salt
– 4 Tbsp. melted butter
– 6 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. milk
– 1/2 C. sour cream
*Mix dry ingredients.
Add in wet ingredients.
Cover with plastic wrap & sit at room temperature for 30 mins.
*After cooking, brush with more melted butter. 😋
Mongolian Chicken Sauce 👇🏻
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 1/2 Tbsp. Sriracha
– 1 tsp. ground ginger
– 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
– 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
– 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
s&p to taste
