I love this recipe. It’s very sexy with garlic, tomatoes, heat, capers and parsley. You could have this with chicken, steak, fish or grilled veggies. Michael really hit the flavor profile out of the park on this one. This would be a great easy date night dinner over rice or pasta. Candles on the table, glass of wine and time to savor some me time or us time. I hope you don’t just inhale this one, sit back and enjoy. And Take care of you, you’re worth it!
Serve 2 to 3
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 – 4oz boneless chicken- we use tenders
salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 jalepeno
1 can crushed tomatoes with juice
1 Tbsp rinced capers
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley
You could serve this with a nice salad, over pasta, rice or grilled veggies.
At least it wasn’t as bad as another “famous chef” from this video. Check it out SOOOOO FUNNNY!!!
