So, this is obviously not my typical video, but I have a lot of friends on snapchat/Instagram asking me to share my recipes of what I’m posting on my stories, so I figured I’d take a minute and record this for y’all! This is a super easy one pan meal, and I made plenty to have leftovers for the next few days!
Here are the ingredients!
– 2 chicken breasts
– red potatoes
– zucchini
– yellow squash
– Weber’s garlic parmesan seasoning
– black pepper
– unsweetened almond milk
– 1 egg
– plain bread crumbs
– olive oil
Even though I used almond milk, this isn’t quite dairy free because there are traces of milk in the parmesan seasoning, but it is gluten free! Yayyy!

I don’t track macros, so I don’t know the exacts on this, and I eyeballed the seasonings and measurements, so I apologize for not having that information for you. However, there’s a protein, vegetables, and a starch in there! And healthy fats from the olive oil!
