Ingredients:
Ragi flour -5tbs
Jaggery -half cup
Cardomom -1
Milk(optional) -1cup(room temperature)
Grated coconut -1tbs

Description:
1.For 5 cup of water add 5tbs of ragi flour. Want thick porridge ,then add extra 2tbs of ragi flour.
2. Mix well without lumps and bring to boil.
3. While boiling mix continuously to avoid lumps.
4. After 5 minutes it starts to thicken.
5. Transfer to other bowl and start to make jaggery syrup.
6. For that add one cup of water ,half cup of jaggery and one cardomom .
7.Melt jaggery, use strainer to strain jaggery syrup and mix with ragi porridge.
8. Add 1 cup of milk(room temperature) for better taste.
9. Do not add hot milk .
10.Finally add grated coconut.
