This instant sweet recipe is perfect for times when guests come at your home unannounced or when you just want to treat yourself or your family & friends with some instant sweet dish.
This sweet dish is made with readily available ingredients like bread crumbs, jaggery, fresh cream etc.
Sugar is replaced with Jaggery in this sweet dish as jaggery prevents constipation by aiding digestion. It activates the digestive enzymes in our body, thus helps in proper digestion of food. That’s why many people prefer eating jaggery after a meal.
It acts as a detox, as it helps cleanse the liver by flushing out nasty toxins from the body.
Jaggery is loaded with antioxidants and minerals like zinc and selenium, which help prevent free-radicals (responsible for early ageing). It helps boost resistance against infections, hence building stronger immunity.
Eating a piece of jaggery daily can help women combat PMS symptoms including mood swings, menstrual cramps and abdominal pain.
Jaggery acts as a natural sweetener and provides energy over an extended period of time.

Ingredients:-
2 tsp – Ghee
1/8 cup – Fresh cream
1/4 cup – Jaggery
1 cup – Wheat bread crumbs
1/4 tsp – Cardamom powder
1/4 tsp – Salt
1/4 cup – Dry coconut
Ingredients:-
1. In a pan, add ghee, to that add fresh cream and jaggery.
2. Mix everything well till jaggery melts.
3. Once jaggery syrup is ready, switch of the flame and add wheat bread crumbs to it mix well.
4. Then add cardamom powder and salt to the mixture and mix everything well with each other.
5. Once mixing is done, pour this mixture in a plate. Start preparing small oval shaped balls from this mixture.
6. Coat these balls well with dry coconut and serve.
Instant sweet dish is ready to serve.
