Jowar Bread / Sorghum Bread is very easy to make and tastes exactly like normal bread. This bread can be consumed by gluten sensitive people. Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Lukewarm Water
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Instant Dry Yeast
1 Cup Jowar Flour (Sorghum Flour)
1 tbsp Sabja (Soaked in water for 1 hour)
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Butter
Milk & Sugar mixture
Sesame seeds for garnishing
