Tamarind pulp – 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves – 8 pcs
Medium size tomato – 1
Slitted green chili – 1
Grated ginger – 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Rasam powder – 1-1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup

Ghee – 1/2 tbsp
Pinch of asafoetida
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Black mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Black peppercorn – 1/2 tsp
Dry baby red chili – 2
Curry leaves – 6/7 pcs
