In this Video we shall see how to make Ragi Vermicelli idli which is a healthy breakfast and dinner recipe for all ages. This can be done very quick & so easy that anyone can make. Many kids do not enjoy ragi vermicelli so you can make idli with this and we add grated coconut to it & it adds more taste to this recipe and goes best with Coconut Coriander chutney and Onion tomato Chutney.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Ragi Vermicelli
2 tbsp Rice Flour
¼ Cup Curd
¼ Cup Grated Coconut
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Grated Ginger
¼ tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
1 tbsp Urad Dal
1 tbsp Chana Dal
2 Green Chillies
Curry leaves
Cashews
