This fusion recipe is quite popular among the kids and is also a much healthy snack compared to the usual pizza or paratha you get. Pizza paratha is combination of two popular recipes- one is our very own north indian paratha recipe and the other, italian pizza recipe. This recipe is great snack and is an ideal lunch box snack for kids. You can also be innovative and add your choice of vegetable stuffing to it as well. Ingredients

For the paratha:
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Water as needed

For the toppings:
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup capsicum green and red capsicum
1/4 cup steam cooked baby corn sliced
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1/3 cup grated cheese
Oil to toast

Method
Prepare paratha dough. Mix together onion,capsicum add salt to it. Set aside for 5 mins
It will let out water, strain it. Now add oregano and chilli flakes
Mix well and set aside. Now make 2 lemon sized balls
Flour the surface and roll the dough thin. Spread pizza sauce on one paratha
First sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese. Then spoon the topping, sprinkle more cheese on top
Heat dosa tawa, carefully place the paratha on the tawa. Drizzle oil and cook on both the sides until golden brown spots appear here and there. Cut into wedges and serve!
